Refund Policy

The short version

Fourteen days, no questions. If Vellum Pro did not earn its place in your workflow, email us within fourteen days of your purchase and we refund it in full.

01Try it free first

Every designer gets a number of free imports each month, no account and no payment required. We built the free plan so you can confirm Vellum does what you need before you pay for Pro. The refund below is the safety net on top of that.

02Fourteen-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase Vellum Pro and it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase. No reason required. This applies to your first purchase of a monthly or annual subscription.

For renewals after the first period, refunds are considered case by case — but if a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us and we will be reasonable.

03How to request a refund

Email support@getvellum.design from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Tell us you would like a refund — that is enough. We action it within a few business days.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds can take a few days to appear.

04Cancelling

You can cancel Vellum Pro at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — use the refund window above for that.
