Vellum is a Figma plugin you may use for free within its monthly limit. Vellum Pro is an optional subscription, billed through Paddle, that you can cancel any time. The designs you make are yours. The plugin is provided as-is, and a fair refund policy backs every purchase.
These Terms govern your use of the Vellum Figma plugin and the Vellum Pro subscription ("Vellum," "we," "us"). By installing or using the plugin, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin. Your use of Figma itself is governed separately by Figma's terms.
Vellum imports web layouts — from a live URL, an HTML or CSS file, or pasted markup — and recreates them as native, editable Figma layers. It is a design utility. It does not host your files or operate a user account; nearly all of its work happens on your own machine, as set out in the privacy policy.
We may adjust the features included in each tier over time. We will not remove a core capability you already paid for during a billing period you have already paid.
Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases — it is the reseller of Vellum Pro, collects payment, and charges and remits applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid, and you are not billed again. Refunds are governed by our refund policy — in short, fourteen days, no questions asked.
Use Vellum lawfully. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, to copy a website or design you have no right to reproduce, to circumvent the plugin's licensing, or in any way that breaches Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any content you process.
The designs and Figma layers you produce with Vellum are yours. The Vellum plugin itself, its name, mark, and site — getvellum.design — remain ours. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin; they do not transfer ownership of it.
Vellum is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. An import is a best-effort reconstruction of a web page and may not be pixel-identical in every case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the plugin or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms are reflected in the version and date above and noted on the plugin's Figma Community page. We may suspend access for a breach of these Terms or of acceptable use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where Vellum is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
